Seeking support can often be a daunting experience. There are many kinds of therapies and it can be hard to know where to begin. It is my hope that in reading this you will get a better sense of how I work as a senior student of Core Process Psychotherapy and more importantly, if working together feels right for you. Meditation and mindfulness are an important part of my own personal practice and way of working as a trainee therapist. Listening being fully present and aware without judgement is at the heart of mindfulness and healing relationships.

Therapy is your space to bring the issues that matter to you. I strive to listen non-judgmentally and support your inquiry in a genuine and compassionate way. I may offer mindfulness grounding and resourcing skills or ask questions intended to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and embodied present moment experience.
